Serve as a force multiplier to our Chief Operating Officer. Work side-by-side with the COO—attending critical meetings, owning operational priorities, connecting dots across the enterprise, and codifying the systems that drive growth, mitigate risk, and deliver on business outcomes. This position will be a natural delegation partner for the COO, and provide backup support across the Operations team as needed.
The Director, Client Services Implementation will oversee complex programs across multiple lines of service or business to drive program implementation success. This position will drive patient and client satisfaction by leading and directing, providing high-level operational success, internal stakeholder engagement, and client satisfaction. They will maintain compliance with service commitments, contractual obligations, regulatory compliance, and quality measures.
